On this week’s “You’ve Got This,” I talk Christine Stevens, a certified pediatric sleep consultant and coach. Christine is a formerly sleep deprived mom who took her own daughter’s sleep struggles and turned it into a successful business. Now she aims to spread the message that just because you’re a parent doesn’t mean you have to be tired parent. She helps exhausted parents get the sleep they—and their kids—need.

“Sleep deprivation really plays havoc with our brains,” Stevens said. “Think about what you feel like after a broken night of sleep—you really don’t feel well the next day, your performance at work is probably be a little bit slower and it’s hard to remember things.”
