On this week’s “You’ve Got This,” I chat with Cindi McMenamin about how moms can support their daughters. Cindi is a national speaker and author of 17 books who helps women strengthen their relationship with God and others. She has been married 30 years to her husband, Hugh, and they have an adult daughter, Dana. Cindi and her family live in Southern California. For more on her resources, see www.StrengthForTheSoul.com.
“After surveying 100 daughters between the ages of 12 and 42 about their relationships with their moms, I was surprised to find many daughters believe their moms don’t truly accept them for who they are or are/were overly critical of them,” Cindi said.
